WTC Taichung is a non-profit, non-political organization established in 1988 by the Importers and Exporters Association of Taichung, the Industrial Association of Taichung, the Taichung Chamber of Commerce, the Importers and Exporters Association of Taiwan, the Taichung City Government, the Taichung City Council, and the China External Trade Development Council.
WTC Taichung was accepted to be a regular member of World Trade Centers Association(WTCA), which is a New York-based apolitical, non-aligned and non-for-profit organization founded in New Orleans in 1968 by Mr. Guy Tozzoli to encourage expansion of world trade and promote international business relations and understanding among nations. At the WTCA General Assembly in San Paulo in 1990 WTC Taichung became the second World Trade Center in Taiwan, joining WTC Taipei as a WTCA member. There are 338 World Trade Centers around the world over 100 countries including 19 in mainland China.
WTC Taichung plays a very important role in Central Taiwan, furnishing trade-inquiry, information, computer data base and trade education services, as well as offering world-class exhibition and conference facilities. We will continue to work to provide the best and advanced trade-related services available anywhere.

There are 7 Class room style meeting rooms, which can accommodate 45-150 person.

There are 2 Digital Class rooms, which can accommodate 26-30 person.The facilities are perfect for lectures, workshops. Items of equipment include Adobe software, computer, lecture table, WEB system controller...etc.
